Most modern kite pumps are dual-action, pushing air on both the up and down stroke for faster inflation. Look for a pump with a sturdy base, comfortable handle, durable hose and a valve adapter that fits your kites. Some pumps also include a pressure gauge so you can inflate to the manufacturer's recommended PSI.
